wiseowlstudios	Hi im making a rts game as a mini project and cant think of a good name and wondering if people had suggestions The game is going to be a steampunk rts similar to the older command and conquer mixed in with some of the 3rd person action of renegade. (you can take control of the units) Does anyone have suggestions?

canis_lupus	I think people need more detail about what your game is like, just saying its simular to other games does not give us a good idea of what the game is like.

wiseowlstudios	It will be a steampunk style rts where you build bases fight opposing side. Right now its more in concept stages with a basic rts setup made . Here are some screenshots of the base scripts so far although it will change to a more red alert feel and look: Here screens of the base scripts i have (changing them later) Currently its more age of empires feel but buy the end i will have a more red alert feel Here is a video showing the basic unit "control" when its 3rd person (the video made by a scripter i know who makes my scripts)

ablack3d	Are there any underlying themes in your storyline that may be of use for a name? Usually when putting a label on something requires an intimate relationship with the storyline and goals achieved within the game. Consider what makes your game cool and unique versus C&C and the concept of your story to sum up your game in under 3 words.

wiseowlstudios	not sure if to think story like steel vs iron, organic vs machine (eg people with guns etc vs spider robots etc) or just rebels vs government it steampunk so probably organic vs machine would be best

wiseowlstudios	cool sounds good and when i say organic vs machine i mean like robots/ai built by people vs people/animals/plants with cars hammers etc as weapons
