Need a CoH coder ASAP Thread

Hi, I'm making a halo themed mod for company of heroes as I feel that halo wars lacked in quite a few ways and I want to put my take on how it should have been!
I would very much like an experienced coder (though experience is not necessary) who is able to code a wraith tank trajectory and hopefully laser beams that cause damage (you need not have any knowledge of halo at all just check out a YouTube vid from halo wars to find out how the tank would ideally fire.
