My mod idea :) Thread

well here it is:

The jist of it is 2 teams, one attacking one defending, one team has to get into the enemy base and plant a bomb (yes 1 bomb site).

Each person has a suit that they can upgrade, they can upgrade certain parts of it, speed, recoil, how fast you can run with weapons, that kinda thing.

the difference is along with the basics is that the infiltrators will have gadgets (corny right?) they can do a number of things from temporarily disabling defense items (more on that). to disabling a user's suit.

The defenders have machinery, they can place automated turrets, proximity mines amongst other things.

This is just the rough plan but i'm asking what you guys think of it.

Sounds a lot like James Bond with bomb planting and suits. Where's the originality?

bah, ive seen worse, just work out the idea a little further, im defeneatly interested in hearing more about it.

Counter-Strike + Augmentations + Gadgets = this idea.

and ur mod is cs+crappy gargolye models+unimaginative ideas, so bugger off

Multiplayer Goldeneye? w/ bases?

if it was one well, then it could be good.
You just gotta make the maps good for the game, with some ggood map design, and weapon design, it could be good.
