My 2nd Model - AK47 (Put More Time In This One) Thread

Hey, after an hour of fiddling around, i found some cool stuff i can do to my model! This ak-47 looks pretty good to me for my 2nd model, but im not the critic.

What do you think for my second model?

PS: I know, its a HUUUUGE improvement from my old ugly p239, but that took like 30 mins to make. This one took like 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Give me some tips on how to improve it.

Its too flat. The barrel looks alright though. Oh, and you need to copy paste the links into your browser to view the pics.

what program do u use?

3D Studio max 4.2 , i know how to UV map, which im gonna texture it... im also puttin in a chamber and a valve in the gun to make it look real... and that extra bar on the barrel... ill show u the pic when im done....

PS: It might not be textured....

meh, i cant detial really good... i know what the boolean tool does, but i dont know how to use it! (on making the chamber). All i added was the release valve on the ak-47's body and i added a little square on it... i need to boolean tool to also make the ak-47 clip's ridges on it.
