Hey, I am the creator of M.A.V. an indie mech game focused on customization.
I recently released an in-development build and I was hoping to get some feedback on how I was doing. Right now, you can build a mech from the ground up and fight against enemies in somewhat basic level. I was wanting feedback on the building process and general weapon balance/gameplay.
If you want to give it a shot, it's available here.
If you want to take a look at some screen shots and gameplay videos before trying it, you can find them on the Dev-Blog.
I really look forward to hearing what you think of it.

Hey - you got a PM.
Edit: Ok, from just a quick play through of the game. Here is what I found rather frustrating and awesome.
1. Using the Arrow keys for customization was a bit hard to get/Grasp for me. Consider Using a GUI for the Customization.
2. I could not kill anything so... I could not see how Balanced/unbalanced game play was.

1. Yeah I am switching to a drag an drop method for the customization.
2. They are supposed to be pretty challenging (Congrats if you kill more than 2), as they are built with the same parts as you are. I don't have any damage feedback in right now, so it's hard to tell how badly anyone actually is damaged. I have smaller enemies as well, but in this build it's only the 'bosses' for testing reasons.
Thanks for the feedback!

The game I am working on is similar though very complex and I am working on a Sci Fi Web Player for a investors.
Hey, that looks pretty cool. M.A.V. is not going to be like hawken really at all though, they only share mechs in common. Right now I am focused on the gameplay coding and getting the 'core' done, but maybe once I move to more content creation we can talk.
