Looking to partner up with 2D artist Thread

I have an associates degree in computer programming, I have been doing contract jobs to pay my bills since I graduated from college last December. My original plan was to find a job after graduation so I could afford DigiPen and get my bachelors degree. After my bachelors I planned to find a job with a Game-development studio, gain some experience in the industry and save my money up to eventually start my own Company. Unfortunately It did not go as planned and I have not been able to find a full time job. Everywhere I look Requires at least a bachelors degree and the few jobs that did not where too far for it to work.

I am not looking to hire an Artist but to Partner up with one and create a game together I can't afford to pay someone so I need a partner who is willing to take the same risks as I am and put forth the same effort. I will need to have a partner I can Depend on as the success of the project will depend on both of us.

I will be the sole owner of the project and all project assets until both party's have signed a legally binding contract that will protect both party's and prevent any legal actions that could harm the projects development or Sales.

Requirements

Can create High Quality 2d art assets including sprites and animation.
can spend 20 hours a week on project.
can fluently Speak & write in English.
