Looking for XML Coding Assistance Thread

I'm the leader of the RA3 mod Paradox, we are looking for another coder to help us out and spread out the workload of RA3 coding. Because we have so much fun stuff to do we tend to get a little scatterbrained and so we're hoping to get another coder or two involved, to spread the work a little more evenly and allow us to bugfix and troubleshoot without losing as much production time.

RA3 is coded through XML files; it's rather simple, really. The engine fights you a bit when you try to make it do unusual things, but once you figure out it's boundaries it's quite easy to work with. If you have any experience or interest in XML at all, and you like Red Alert, we could really use your help, to make our lives easier and balance the pipeline a bit. If you want to learn a bit about the RA3 engine and coding within it, we're trying to set up some little tutorials on our wiki; here and here are the tutorials we have so far. That should give you an idea what you'd be working with.
