Looking for Lua coders Thread

Hello, recently, I started a PERP on Garry's Mod 13 and its glitched. Here's the glitch :

The PERP bar where is have "Health, Armor, Stamina, Time Played Money, ..." won't show. Its pink and black.
The player won't save when he is quitting.
The NPC's are on the wrong position.
There have no image when you buy a car.
When you enter on a car, the server crash and restart.
You can't enter more than two in a car.

Anyone know how to fix that?
What the price?
