Looking for Developers (modelers, Unreal exp, coding) Thread

This is my first post on the boards, so if you need more info posted, let me know!

I am looking to assemble a team of motivated individuals who know how to program/create games.

The goal is an indie game to be published first on the XBox Live Indie market space. This is my first attempt at a project, and any experience/guidance would be appreciated.

I need people with creative minds, good communication skills and are motivated by their love of video games.

Prefer individuals who have worked on games involving driving cars.
Has experience with multiplayer games
3d Modeling for gaming
Anyone with Xbox development experience is a plus

This is not my full time job and I don't expect this level of commitment from anyone joining the team. This is meant to be a proof of concept, strengthen our resumes/portfolios. This also means there is no pay, but any profit made from being featured on the marketplace will be used to pay off the costs of development, and anything after will be divided amongst the team.

I am located in the north side of Chicago, so if you are local, even better!
