Ignoring the spam comments - if you do want anyone to pay attention, you'll need to tell them what you can do for the team, and why they should even be interested in our project. |

Some constructive advise here is don't start out recruiting all of the position that is in small quantity. Coder and Modeler tends to pick a promising mod rather than a mod that will die in weeks. Another thing is your mod has no info, a mod doesn't start with a crew first. A mod resemble a real industry on a volunteer scale, but you must work like in the real industry. You don't pay a team first and spend a week planning your game, because you will have to pay their salary while they aren't even working. Start out small and begin with easy work such as a creative logo, and banner, a few concept art and a basic background of the mod and your role. That will make people more interesting to see your mod. Good Luck. Edited by: shadowofamn |
