Looking for a mod in "Deus Ex" fashion Thread

Hello there!

I hope that I'm posting into the right boards. Well, I'm looking for a Half Life Mod, but forgot the name. I only remember that the world was very Deus Ex like, SciFi at it's best. You had the opportunity to buy yourself weapons and cybernetic implants and devices, even a self-destructive device, called somewhat like "cyber bomb". I don't really remember.

Please - does anyone of you recognize this mod?

Already found out - it's "Public Enemy". This thread can be deleted.

Never heard of "Public Enemy" but Dystopia has that as well.

Public Enemy was wonderful. Its creators went on to make Brainbread and I think are now onto making a stand alone game of some type.
