Looking for a Half-Life mod Thread

Can anyone point me towards a working download for The Maniac Mod, version 1.6, for Half-Life, please?

The one at moddb (https://www.moddb.com/games/half-life/addons/maniac) is only version 1.0, and I can't find a working link for 1.6

Hmm I didn't even know about this mod and all I can find on the internet is the 1.0 version you are mentioning. Weird. My only suggestion would be for you to try and contact the creators via this e-mail: maniacuk@planethalflife.com. If they are still around, that is.

Thanks, I have e-mailed the author via that e-address (the only one I could find), but I don't think Planet Half-Life exists in any real form any more, so my hopes aren't too high. If he does reply, however, then I will post his response (and hopefully a download link to The Maniac Mod version 1.6) here.

Also, I believe Maniac is one of the creators of Sven Co-Op . Check out this site Svencoop.com (just search the term maniac in your browser's search bar after you visit the site). You can actually click on his name and send him an email. I am not sure if this e-mail is the same as the one you've already send your question though.

Also, try to ask around in the Sven Co-op forums. Maybe someone there knows something about it . Yep, if you find it you should really upload it here!

Thanks, Thanoshld! I've just posted on their forum. Sadly, that is the same e-mail address on that page as the one I used, but hopefully the forum post will yield a positive result.
