Looking for 3D Artist Thread

We are in the process of looking for investors and have much of the programming already finished. We are now looking for 2 more artist to assist in getting our first demo up and running. We are a volunteer based team of 2 so far and looking to expand to make this project happen. We have been working on and off with this project for about almost 2 years now, and we're ready to make this a full time gig to where we can all eventually be paid for work.

Responsibilities:

1) Be able to communicate with other members of the team
2) Have the skill to propose new ideas and designs
3) Be a good teammate and have positive attitude towards the others
4) Accept positive criticism and be able to improve yourself

3D Artist:
• Experience in creating Environment assets
• Knowledge of industry standard 3D packages, 3ds Max preferred but any others are fine
• Modeling Texturing,
• Able to adapt and create from concept art
• At least 8 hours a week that can be spent working on development
