Hi guys,

I went through the jobs board today out of curiosity. A very large number of posts with the 'paid' tag are in fact not paid when you read the descriptions. Is anyone moderating these?

Which ones? A few of them don't describe the exact payment while those only promising income share were given 'free' tags now.

Have you looked at the jobs board?

There are loads - these are the ones using the paid tag:
Moddb.com

Of the first ten in that list, these are not paid:
Moddb.com
Moddb.com
Moddb.com
Moddb.com
Moddb.com
Moddb.com

These don't make a mention:
Moddb.com
Moddb.com

6 are unpaid, with another 2 left vague, leaving only 2 that guarantee pay. The whole jobs board is like this.

Seems like a bug. Job ads you mentioned are actually tagged as "free/unpaid".

If you visit this link that is supposedly meant to show only paid jobs: Moddb.com it shows you (or at least it shows here) all jobs both paid and unpaid.

But if you filter the job search (there at the top) if shows this:

I did filter the job search, that's how I generated that URL :/

That URL shows unpaid jobs along with paid ones, that's the bug.

And all these jobs you pointed out were/are tagged as "free"/unpaid all the time. Almost all of them (except Moddb.com this one, it was tagged as "paid") that is.

So the site did not filter the search results for you.
