Is there any way to show prices in USD outside the US? Thread

I've searched and couldn't find anything relating to this. Is there any way to view prices on Desura in USD if you are not in the US? I ask as the store states that charges are in USD but doesn't display the USD price. Given that the exchange rate used to determine the JPY price shown to me differs to that used by my credit card, I would like a way to see the actual price I am being charged. Until this is possible I will not purchase from here as I don't like finding out something cost more than the price shown to me at the time of purchase.

Please note, I'm not asking to be charged whatever price is set for the US, I simply asking to see the USD price I am actually being charged. Take a look at GameStop PC Downloads (formerly known as Impulse) to see what I mean. While they default to showing prices in local currencies, they display a link which allows you to view the USD price they actually charge.

If that is already possible here, please show me how to set it. If it isn't yet possible, please implement soon.
