Indie Team Needed - Future Profit Thread

Looking to establish a Indie team for Upcoming Entertainment Company. I am personally involved with the entertainment company and will be overseeing the game development department. We are looking to bring in young or even experienced designers with the passion to build something great and, shockingly, entertaining. I'm just looking to bring together a group of designers who may want to become part of a great company while it's on the rise. In regards to compensation, all will be determined by the game sales since we aren't looking to fund game development until we are a bigger company. Everyone will be treated as equals and all ideas and concerns should be stated.
