I'm looking for a few people to help me make a game (preferably South Africans) Thread

I'm looking for a few skilled people to help me make a game and maybe start a team together in making games, I can model characters enemies etc. using Zbrush and I have many ideas for game concepts and such, I want to make my (our) first game through kickstarter so we will all be paid once the game gets released. Lastly I would prefer it if you were South African and hopefully lived in Pretoria, if not then skype would work also English is a must!
