If desura wont start up READ THIS Thread

All you have to do is right click the desura app, click properties, then go to the compatibility tab, then where it says " Compatibility mode" then check the checkbox that says "run this program in compatibility mode for:" then choose your operating system ( if you have windows 7 or higher choose windows 7). Last click apply, close the window ANNND open desura, login, annnd BAM ITS WORKING

NOTE: If its an ERROR you get when opening desura, this is not for you, go somewhere else, this is only if it just WON'T open , like it says its open on task manager but you cant actualy interact with desura. If this didnt work read how i got mine working:

I downloaded desura, then i tried opening it, nothing happened. i looked in the files and used all ".exe's" except the dump thing. then i looked for support and got no help WHAT-SO-EVER( Thanks alot desura support) . then i used the dump thing. That didnt work. then i did other stuff that didnt affect it, Trust me! and then I went to the properties and did the proccess above. then WHAT DO YAH KNOW? HALLELUJA IT'S OPEN!!!! When i share this with desura support im gonna be a god. (end)
