i did some test using my home server to create a promod bot server like this

Gametracker.com

i used different types of mod in internet but same problem happen to me
as an example

every time 1 create 6 slot server and add( svr_pezbots 5 ) 5 bots to it in free for all.when map finished and lord to next map only lord 2 bot .then i check the server using my rcon it player list some hidden players in the server
