My team of Unity Developers desperately needs a 3D modeler. Here are some facts about the team and it's projects.
The Team:
The team, Techno Studios, was founded earlier this year. We have not completed a project yet, but a couple individuals on the team have with another team. There is six of us. Me, Game Director - I assign tasks to each individual, and make sure the project is on schedule. I also help out with each department: art, modeling, writing, sound/music production, and programming.Designer - Our designer is responsible for concept art and thinking of possible gameplay ideas. Writer - The writer will write any necessary game plots and background stories for characters. Also narration.Sound/Music Producer - He is responsible for all FX and soundtracks used in the game. Programmer- Writes all scripts for the project. 3D Artist - He is responsible for creating and texturing 3D models to be used in the game, but he has recently been distant, so we need a replacement.
The project: We have worked on the project for quite some time now, ever since March. We have just come out of the pre-production stage, and we have transitioned into the production stage. The project is called "Bacon Boarder", and I can't release too much info, but the basic idea is that the player plays as a snowboarder with very odd board. 
What you would do, and what you would get:You would be the sole 3D artist. You will create models of objects for our game. You will also create any other objects necessary, and the characters. you would receive a portion of all and any revenue received. In fact, we might pay for models even if we don't receive revenue from sales. This would happen because we are currently negotiating with a investor who is interested in our team.
