How to make Swat 4 TSS Voices in original Swat 4 multiplayer ? Thread

I've seen today a guy who was using Swat 4 TSS voices(commands, like 'Fall-in' and so) at original Swat 4 multiplayer. I've heard it to be TSS sounds(but at least not default voices(NOT VIP VOICE!!!)) on multiplayer live.
Yes, I have TSS installed... maybe who doesn't have it installed, couldnt hear it to be a different voice but I barely think so. I think everybody has heard it to be different than original ones as original Swat 4 might have some voices hidden like VIP.

Any suggestion/solution how to make it ? Really important!
