The thread should be moved here:
Moddb.com

And probably you've meant this page:
Pigames.pl

Since that one shows the error #404.

Your website looks simple, in a good way. I didn't see any video however.

Average: I've seen better & I've seen (much) worse.
Nice try though, since its your first.

You should never use the default bevel settings (or any other default layer style) because they are ugly and so easily recognizable by anyone who has used Photoshop before. Play around with the layer style settings, try another curve (gloss contour), change the angle, change the blend modes and colors on the shade and hilights, try another structure style... and so on. (And check the contour box under bevel since it almost always gives a better result than having no contour option active).

And in your CSS settings file write this:

img {
border: 0px;
}

...to get rid of the godforsaken border around your images (Im thinking about the free download image link).

Additionally I don't think you should have a completely different color style on the forums (compared to the main page).

EDIT: I made this button in minutes with just a simple red rectangle +playing around with the layer style settings +a mask on the red rectangle to make the corners rounder. The texture overlay (diagonal stripes) is a texture pattern I've made.

One newbie hint: when playing around with blend modes, use the color 127 127 127 or some other grey. Ie: create a neutral grey layer on top which you changes blend mode on. That way you get an idea on what each blend mode actually does.
