How do you delete posts in a thread? Thread

Sorry if this has been posted before, I did try using the search function to no avail.

Basically I planned to make a changelog/bug reporting thread, where all my testers would post their bugs there, and once I had fixed the bugs that they reported I would delete their post and update the changelog.

But when I tried to do this yesterday, pressing the delete button does nothing, it just changes to an un-delete button but the post is still there (at least for me, which still ruins the point).

Anyway, is there a way to delete posts in threads? Or am I stuck with always having to going through old posts to find new bugs?

I think the way ModDB works is that when you delete something, you have the chance to undo it at first. After reloading the website, the un-delete button should be gone, and the thing deleted. If that doesn't work you might want to check the permissions you have in that thread, because maybe you aren't permitted to delete it.
