I have XCC, and have been trying to change the anouncer speech sound in Red Alert, for the original EVA speech.
I managed to extract the speech and extract the EVA anouncements.

However I couldn't figure out how to change it with Red Alerts's speech and then... most importantly, put it back in the .big file.

How you go about doing that?
