House Atlas Looking For Team For New Project! Thread

Hello everyone! As the title says above, I lead a fun new studio called House Atlas and I'm looking to gear up for the first project. Instead of writing a whole thing, I put together a proposal document for anyone to read. But in general what I'm looking for are:
