Hiding old PM comments Thread

My mod team and i mainly use PMs to communicate and discuss things with each other due to time zones, work, real life and all that jazz. but it's starting to become a little bit annoying to have to scroll all the way down 500+ comments to get to the latest ones. And this is our 5th PM or so that we had to make because the other ones were just so long filled with old and useless comments that you don't need anymore and you have no way of deleting or editing PMs.

so my suggestion is that at every 100 comments in a PM they automatically get hidden and it would say something like "hiding comment 0 - 100" with an option to show it like the reply to comment, delete and karma points you have at each comment.

this might be a bit too much to ask for, but if so then i really hope something else could be done because it really is annoying. sure i could just click and hold the scroll bar and drag it down, but the more comments the smaller it gets and when i'm on my phone or something that isn't possible.

a more simple option would be a "To bottom" button somewhere, or have it automatically go to the latest unread comment in the PM.
