It all depends on the game type, genre and the graphics style you are planning to make. From the time you have decided the engine (CryEngine) then you may need to find some third party software for Graphics Design and maybe Audio Design.

Unless you have prior experience with game development, so programming, 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animating and Game Design it will be difficult for you to make anything with a high quality of polish and anything of substance in the 3D space. Sure you could buy a flash new computer workstation but it wont improve your visuals unless you have the experience to create them in the first place. Assuming you have experience in game development, Cryengine is a good engine to work off but you'll need some 3D software such as Maya, 3Ds Max (both of which are expensive) or Blender, which is Free but does take a little bit of getting use to if you have used other 3D programs as the user interface is a little different (but its come along way).

If you havent already I'd get a Game Design Document going and really understand exactly what you need to do for the project, having an idea isnt very useful until the details have been worked out on paper. The amount of times a game design document has come in handy to weed out the major surface oversights in a design has made it an invaluable and necessary step for me. I wouldn't bother with any sought of Game Design Software (Template software) which some of which are floating around on steam, really i find it not very helpful unless your working on a big project just grab Word for the start and expand later. Also a really important piece of software to have is Photoshop, this is excellent for texturing, concept art and making designs.

Anyways hope that helped somewhat :)

Thanks for the responses;
just a few more questions.
I have a very good story .. to create the game on the second war, hitler did not die, he had a plan B. .......
which walkthrough of a game? more or less.
which the minimum of people on a team?
which is best 3d max or maya?
what is the most used here?

So the minimum amount of people you need to make a game is one person :), though that one person will have to wear a lot of hats so to speak (programmer, artist, designer, marketing, ect.). It comes down to how many people are needed and who you can get. Usually with an indie team its fairly small, for example I am currently working in a team of 5 for a small game right now and previously in a game jam I worked with a team of 6.

which is best 3d max or maya?
I think really it comes down to personal preference and which one you know better, as far as 3Ds max and Maya is concerned although 3Ds max I have heard from some people is generally used a little more in game modeling then Maya which is used a lot in 3D animated films.

I am unsure what you mean by "which walk through of a game"? Also I'd be careful with starting off with a story for a video game. Usually it is best to design mechanics first and an overall idea of how the game is going to work then move onto story. As the game needs to be first and for most interactive and understanding your confines of player interactivity is the best way to start then move onto story. As trying to fit game mechanics around a story generally becomes messy. Id also say that if your going to attempt a 3D game with a distinct story you are going to need some really good modeling skills, so 3D modeling, unwrapping, rigging, animating and then understanding how to get all of that work into a game engine and have it optimized so it doesn't kill your games performance. Unless you have friends who can help you with 3D models or you are a programmer and can afford to grab place holder models for your game you may have some issues with actually making the game.

Hope that helped somewhat :D

I would actually probably use Unity if you're just starting out. There's a lot of assets to use.

Maya to me is not worth the price, and I would actually go with blender.

Finally, the Hitler thing has been done a lot. Think about what will make your story line unique? Perhaps you could consider using someone else? Maybe Richard Nixon, Stalin, Castillo, etc...? Using Hitler...means it has probably already been done before.
