i played it on cs:source! it turns out the map is used to test your hardware but it was played on a server, GREAT fun, plus i met a sillyzone regular i used to know

To get up to all those high places, did you have to cheat, or are there actually ways to get to them all?

Damn, I should've bought CS:CZ in china for a measly $10 legally, so I could just see the source engine.

ya.. Looks pretty cool but... Dont wanna try to start somethin its just.. anyone else notice those shadows looks just about awful on the edges? :/ Hope thats not somethin in hl2, or that'd suck a bit..

I just noticed that. Hell, even quake 3 looks better than that.

That would be because of Pr0stSh0cKeR's settings... we've seen sexy shadows in other shots.

Retouched? Why - the CS:S beta comes with the stress-test map, so it wouldn't be hard to do...

Yeah, there was news about the stress test from practically every HL2 site on the web

But anyway, that looks like real nice stuff. I doubt my computer will be able to run it, so I'll have to turn down the specs to like medium or low in order for it to run at least decently. Man, I wish I won one of those Alienware contests just about now :/

first gameplay then graphics... only if it proves to be worth there might be an upgrade (but i'm convinced 99% this will not be the case )

Though I'd love to be able to play HL2 with all its gooey goodness, I'm pretty sure my next new computer will be just before the release of BF2 next year; if you've seen the screenies, you'll know what I mean!

i always say the same... screenies don't impress me... a demo can, but no simple screenshot can.

Basically, a screenshot does no justice to how you really play the game, just like with Doom 3, Fable, Battefield 2.... any of those games. Nothing quite like immersing yourself in an imaginative environment where you get to play out your fantasies.

omgs i want to play that map :o

highlights of that game was pushing the tv throughout the map and 2 guys dying in a position where it looked like they were humping.

ya, my comp is = suck, i had to set colours and outher stuff to minimum, even through it ran quite nicely.

the servers hold 64 player slots.
