Half Life mods without requiring Half Life and its episodes Thread

I have played some awesome mods for example Black Mesa and Under the Hell etc. They are all awesome and doesn't require to buy Half Life and its episodes. I am looking for the same sort of mods here. Many mods required to buy Half Life and its episodes which I don't want to.
If someone could help narrow the list and tell me the single player mods that do not require to buy Half Life and its episodes and words with DirectX9 (shader 3.0) graphic card, then I would be grateful to you.

Its a multiplayer game sir. I was looking for single player game. If I can play this game as single player game, then it would be great
