Tonight, Arenanet and The Guildwars Team has started the GuildWars Servers up and running till Sunday Oct 31.
Guildwars.com grab the client update and Give the Gargoyles HELL! Send the Zombies back to thier Demon Lords! Good luck and have fun.

I hate it that the makers of it left the Diablo team I am sure there will still be a sequel though

Yea, true but look at the gaming goodness that this has created. I really don't like these type of games but this one just cuaght my eye and been playing ever since. I like teh gameplay and the enviroment it has.

Yes, Guild Wars is definitely a good game The visuals are stunning, the gameplay is intuitive, and there's no monthly fees! That's more than enough to try this game out, since most, if not all other MMORPGs make you pay that monthly fee

Try the free beta before it's brought to store shelves. You won't regret it

So, Who's got what on GuildWars so far? I'm known on there as Jade Phoenix of Nog. Who else is playing and what title did you give yourself for the game?

yea my friends just dled it and they say its cool but my comp sucks so i cant play :'(

But I managed to go on a quest with 5 other guys, it was really fun, i'm definately buying this (NO MONTHLY FEES!).

WTF is up with all these MMORPGs with almost bare mascots like some unprotected "uber-being" that can be killed with a hack of a sword

Shows that you need boobs to attract mmorpg players, because it's probably the closest they can possibly get to boobs in their life.

I would get the preorder package thing, but I don't think it's available in UK...

It should be was over at friend's house played till 2 am next day. Damn wife was pissed but it was well worth the pain.

My brother played it. It looks pretty awesome, especially the visuals. I really do appreciate how they don't use a monthly fee. I hope other developers that are making MMORPGs follow suit and actually try to sell more copies of the game rather than blatantly try to rip hte money from people's pockets.

true dat and playing styles for the quests are actually quite fun.
