Yeah I'm waiting on an invite too, I'd love to give it a crack to see what its like and whether it'd be useful for any game-related stuff. Don't know anyone with it though so I can't try it out. |

Alpha invites and person-to-person invites are going out in batches every day. I think they are mostly stress testing atm. There's quite a few game devs on Google Wave atm, with a few Waves (similar to forum topics) on the go. I'm going to try to write a guide to using Google Wave for the creation of a GDD with a few of them. --

Looking forward to getting my invite in the future, someday, probably. I think this will make an excellent tool for a GDD. It's difficult enough to keep a team on the same page, keeping up to the minute updates on any development can't be a bad thing. At the end of my last big project there were changes made that I wasn't aware of until the very end, this kind of tool could, in theory, alleviate that. |
