Gamefront and unsupported countries... Thread

There is no prediction for the Gamefront (Filefront) come back in those countries that are being now no longer supported like Brazil?

Nope, there isn't. Gamefront staff would have to announce their plans to bring back (or not) support for blocked countries.

At least the downloads are working by using a Proxy...

I'd be grateful if you could explain how do you download files using "Proxy", I'm not very familiar with these things.

I'm from Brazil but i managed to download the "The Second Tiberium War" mod without using any Proxy. I was having the "The file you have selected is not available via any mirrors." problem, but i used the workaround Feillyne posted on another forum thread.

We've just added additional bandwidth on to our network and will be deploying additional mirrors shortly. They should all be active within a week or two, and we will be restricting one of them to all of the countries that Gamefront is now blocking to hopefully allow you guys a mirror that is always available..
