You should provide more information regarding what the sale constitutes and what would be provided - what kind of engine / API you've used, what you've implemented, information regarding the assets - stuff like that.

the game engine used is acknex (3d gamestudio)
scripts : lite-c
models format : mdl

all resources of this project can be converted easy to other engine .
so i want to sell the project one time . the buyer will get all right on this project.
