FTP 2D MMORPG, Chronicles of Oblivion (Like a mix between Zelda and Pokemon) Thread

Currently has a small user base, but it is a fantastic game and I'd love to see it grow into the game it used to be. Its got 2D graphics, sort of like a mix between Zelda and Pokemon.

You have 5 hirelings (soldiers) of all classes: archers, wizards, necromancers, knights, and much more, that you find and switch out as you please. You enter battles with your main character and these 5 hires are placed on a field against a group of monsters. It plays similar to a chess game using strategy, spells, and abilities to beat you're foe. You level up, do quests, collect loot, trade, and even have your own house if you wish. There guild system that is rather fun to play around with as well. Forts are scattered across the world and the guilds battle for possession of them. There's a point and ranking system that goes along with the PVP. You can also PK by joining a monster fight and attacking the other player, but it tends to be frowned upon. Over all, a very enjoyable game, and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the old style RPG's. The game runs on Mac as well as Windows.

I played this game for a while, it was good but just didn't feel engaging enough. I've just started playing League of Angels, we'll see how that goes. It's also F2P MMORPG if you wanna check it out: loa.r2games.com
