Freedom fighters Thread

Pretty lame storyline, but a good game. In a nutshell, you have to use guerilla warfare, and as you commit acts such as raising the american flag, blowing up/capturing buildings, and healing injured civvies, you gain charisma. This allows you to recruit other fighters, and order them around. Its got a good console multiplayer, and its pretty fun any o' you guys played it? its one of those
hate-or-love games, and i'd be interested to know what you think.

I've heard of it, seen it. I heard it was awesome tho. I'm itchin to go rent it.

Played it on PC... pretty cool game. The guys that are with you have awesome AI. Pretty great graphics.. and I like all "Soviet" games. However, it got pretty boring after a week of intensive playing *sob*

pretty much, well single player games are a thing on the past...anything that isnt online, will die out for sure

They gave CS for xbox a 7.3 becuase of its single player mode...i.e. bots...hahaha

i played it on pc and xbox, i love the game its so involving... it does have a story a great one in fact, nice little cut scences awesome enemy AI and xbox multiplayer

Ok, I just rented this game and beat it. Here's my mini-review.

The game is total bad-ass. Tho, I'm disappointed in how long it was. Like most games today, it falls under the "takes less then 6 hours to beat category," but let me tell you. It's one hell of less then 6 hours.

The camera is iffy at start, but once you get used to it, it works like awesome.

Rent it? Definately.
Buy? I'd say try it out first, and decide yourself. Just cuz the Single Player is so short.

it was a bit too uuuu weird i hate it when u see it third person and it is suposed to be a shooter. i didnt like it too much

its got great a.i. and its a welcome break from first person run-into-a-room-and-mow-everyone-down-with-a-pistol shit.

third person only comes in handy in splinter cell and horror games
