FPS/RTS Hybrid added to Genre Categories Thread

Hey guys, I know I'm making waves when I start talking about a hybrid Genre. However, It seems like an unmovable wall to get a new genre up on places like IndieDB or Steam.

The reason I say this is for my game Abatron. Its an Indie FPS/RTS Hybrid game. ( Indiedb.com ) However, I don't have the opportunity for targeted marketing. I have to go after both Shooter and Strategy genres. Which on IndieDB its not as big as deal as Steam.

Any suggestions or ideas. I've been scrolling through countless threads
