Hello, I am new to this community so far I like what I see as far as lots & lots of F3NV mods. Can some1 help me out? I have never modded my F3NV yet & I am want to keep the game the same for now as far as game play because I am still playing the DLCS, but what I would like to do is install some better textures & sounds as it is now F3NV is starting to show it`s age & I would like to make the game`s sights & sounds better. Can some one show me a good F3NV texture & sound mod to help me out? Thanks

check Nexusmods.com. I´m not familiar with the new vegas mods on modDB but you will find pretty much everything there. Go to files>categories and look for "models and textures".

Hello bucsrno1, you can check this link Moddb.com for search results of released F3NV mods. The best one is Fallout Brazil but it's a total conversion (a new story, locations, etc) not simply a texture mod.

NMC's texture pack and WRP (Weapon Re-texture project) are two texture packs I use. WRP seems almost essential when compared to the original low res-textures. Project Reality also makes the overall weather more interesting, though I disable the storms as they don't look too good at times and the DoF effects as they cause the game to slow down. Project Nevada is also a great, you can change most of the settings to vanilla, but what it provides make NV play better, especially with sprint and weapons brought back from F3, like the dart gun. Quite a lot of the top 100 Most endorsed files are good ones to use. EVE, Character Overhaul, Mission Mojave and Flora Overhaul. All can take some time to install but its worth it to bring the game back up to date. I don't know about sounds mods though, Project Reality might add some sounds, can't remember, things like insects, wind and birds. Edited by: arieas
