Fisheye and Slow-Mo Thread

2 video questions:

- What program has the best slow-motion effect? I heard Sony Vegas has the best, but i dont know for sure.

- Is there any video editing program that provides the fisheye lens look to a regular video clip?

Doubt it, because fisheye usually is a much higher field of view.

it doesnt seem impossible. all that would happen is that the middle is in front and the sides get sucked out to the back. and please, no one post unless you have an answer. i dont want this to go off topic. i really need to know.
