Feature-Request: sourcemods | Locked | |

Had a HDD-Crash, and reinstalled everything, including Steam, and Games/Mods. But before I could install it, Desura wanted to know the Steam-Accountname I was using. But the Installation-Proces failed completely, leaving me to kill the entire Process via the TaskManager. Then I selected sourcemods as the "Account", and it installed just fine. So my Request goes towards the Developers: Make "sourcemods" a seperate entry in the settings, to always install all SourceMods, without having to switch between the Settings |

Installed and logged into Steam before, Hmm, seems like i had to update, now on Version 100.26 (Wasn't updated, when installing ModularCombat, and not switched back to my Accountname, when I installed "Missing Information". Now I've switched the Desura to my Steam-Account, and it works on installing "Research and Development" (unless the installation-Process needs a restart, to internally accept the switched username-Folder) - naw, it just crashed again, and It isn't because of any HDD-Capacity-Lag (Got still 827GB available, where Steam is installed to) |

The sourcemods folder is located in the same folder as the account folders, not in one of them, it's shared amongst all users. |

@Danboe: On the other hand, it's so much obvious, that every Sourcemod has to go into the sourcemod-Folder, that it should be either stored as an additional Folder-Option, so that the "switching back-and-forth", or that it should be automatically detected for the Sourcemods. Even the latest Update didn't solve this obvious problem. |
