Fallout New Vegas blank map needed Thread

Hey, I need a plugin for F:NV that contains only terrain and construction (no NPCs or anything of the like)

If anyone has anything like this, or knows a simple way to remove all of the undesirable things from the world in the GECK (I'm extremely new to it and still learning the features), then any help would be appreciated

Do the 'My new vault tutorial' on the Bethsoft wiki - it's for FO3, but from what I hear almost all knowledge is transferable to F:NV. That should give you a lot of the skills you need to do that. I doubt someone is just going to just do it for you. Also, make sure you use the right GECK, there's different ones for FO3 and F:NV.
