Fallout 3 mod for dawn of war? Thread

basically for a while now ive been thinking that a mod for dawn of war that replaces all the normal factions with ones from fallout 3. the brotherhood of steel would be in place of the space marines, outcasts in place of imperial guard, enclave in place of chaos and super mutants in place of the orks. i tried to make this mod myself but found it too hard so now im asking if someone else could make it for me?

You didn't just ask that......did you?
Why would some one want to spend countless hours making a mod of which they get no form of income from just for you?
Some times a little bit of common sense is a good thing before you post.
