I'd like to be able to see various statistics concerning my downloads, at least a graph where I can see how many people have downloaded it each day/week/month depending on how long time it is since I uploaded it, maybe zoomable. It could also show other interesting stuff like average number of DLs per day etc.. Thanks |

It seems a pretty non-essential feature, but Scott has a love for gizmos so it's possible... I don't know if we keep that historical aspect to information though, so it might not work for any downloads before we implemented it. |

Silverfisk, ModDB does actually support this! All download totals are tracked daily including: - Downloads I just need to code in a front end graphing system, once it is in place you'll be able to view all downloads stats either as a group or on a file by file basis. The same applies to mod profile visits and everyone on the site, they all use the same statistics system. -- Scott Reismanis |

v3 forum featured statistics. Which were bit broken but quite interesting to observe. I even made top poster in September, but I can't remember wheter i was spamming or... right... now I remember. By the words of TKAzA in my profile comments section, I was "being tool on the forums". I just had to know what it means so I asked him. And he said it was the activity of answering every post in every forum, which wasn't really spamming but quite annoying, it seems. --

I did that with on a mod's forum once. The forum died soon after, for at least a month. I...don't know why. I think they were intimidated or something by my multiple posts..? |
