Dolby voice chat API now available Thread

I work for Dolby and thought the ModDB community and audio folks might be interested in our voice chat technology for online gaming. We've recently made an API available to all users to mod and integrate useful voice features directly into your favorite games. Some mod ideas that have been suggested include displaying team member names and voice chat speaking indicators on gaming keyboards with integrated LCD display units, or being able to link your game x,y,z positional information to team members voice locations to more easily set up formations to naturally hear and speak with your team while raiding.

The mod community likely have many more ideas on how voice could be added and used in games.

The Dolby Axon API and documentation appear in the application folder in your program files directory, after installation.
