Hey all - I'm back after irritating access issues which appear to now have been resolved. I've just managed to knock up some terrain for Dh4RTS and want some opinions - what looks good, what doesn't and how to improve on it etc. Take a looksee at this shot; Thanks, AmberZ |

He didn't model the new turrets yet. He's just showing what the envirmoent looks like so far. |

it looks good, although i think there should be more variety in nebula, etc. Make some more cirular, the star paterns look good though. Asteroids don't quite seem defined though. |

Hmm, well I can assure people that there will be a lot more variety in the swirly-green department. I'm currently working on swirly-purple and swirly-red textures, although they'll probably take a little while (PAINT!). I'm thinking of perhaps adding some larger asteroid models to intermingle with the current ones, as well as adding a terrain texture to highlight the difference between plain space and asteroid zones. Chis- I'm currently working on a bully targa overlay that doesn't look to dissimilar to that. I'll have to speed up with that just to impress you |

hehe no probs, a couple years ago, if i was making a space background, id just add blackness then some stars -- Nothing. |
