["Coder"] Looking for Coder for Half Life 1 mod Thread

Hello I am looking for a coder with some C++ knowledge to make a few custom weapons for Half Life 1.
The weapons I want to be coded are a MP9, a Degal, a M40A1 sniper, and a few other weapons, I have all the models I just need some one to code the weapons.
The mod will be Half Life Operations were you are a solider who is sent on different operations starting with the first operation where you have to get to a guarded enemy teleporter and teleport to a hostile base.

Do you have Visual Studio? If so, I'd just download the SDK and copy/paste for the weapon framework.
