CoD : Advanced warfare suspicions Thread

Hi guys just saw this article on polygon
That article was on Advanced warfare scheduled for release in november. They talked positively about the game and its graphics and new features. Is this just some guy who's writing based on hype, or am I alone in thinking that the new cod graphics where nothing special, if not sub standard and that they're mechanics they showed off where underwhelming and sounded like single player only?

If you agree that the article linked above seems ridiculously kind to Advanced warfare, has anyone any idea why?

While I see where you are coming from, I personally agree with it being (slightly) better in the non-special graphics and some other things,
as well finding myself being slightly more interested in the game more than the previous ones in the franchise, mainly just because the game really got into hi-tech sci-fi, becoming a sci-fi shooter in fact.

Otherwise yes it is definitely an another CoD game, but even CoD franchise has some genuinely good games in them, if you don't compare them to other games.
As for why the article kind to the game? marketing, probably; it shouldn't be anything of a concern.
