C++/LUA Programmers required! Thread

Hi there guys,

I am looking for one or two programmers to join my Dev team and help create a realistic FPS in the CryEngine3.

At the moment I really need someone who knows what they are doing, you will be required to get the games framework built and start single player coding.We are aiming at creating a game that will be sold online and in stores, we will be continuing to apply for funding and will offer a wage/compensation pay at a later stage in the project.
Whilst we are building a FPS, it will be based on Stealth, Wit and large environmental triggers such as lighting, shadows and sound that will make AI's react.
You will play this game literally in the eyes of our main character.

"realistic FPS in the CryEngine3" - Sounds like a big undertaking...and considering your pitch has been pretty much dreadful I find it unlikely you will find anyone. If you want to really attract people you need to lay things out in a professional style, tell us about yourself and the game and display the benefits of working on this. You can't just say some general stuff about an FPS and expect people to just dedicate their time to this.
