Hello I have just started development of a half life mod for a university project. Without giving to much away i want to create the same sort of gameplay as Day of Defeat (DOD) as in i want to have flags that you have to capture NOT pick up an return to a specific area. E.G. i have a flag in a middle of a field and i need 2 ppl to capture it and it will take 5 seconds and then award them so many points Does anyone know of a tutorial or a good starting point for me to implement this as this is the only thing on which i have no idea where to start. no, that did make sense. You need to go 'capture' somewhere (like a bunker) and hold it against the enemy for a while (5 mins?) Tutorial-wise I have no idea. Sorry. You might want to try Wavelength... |
