Bugs in editing text Thread

Two issues I noticed:

-Whenever an ampersand symbol is used in the comments or download descriptions, an errant semicolon seems to appear somewhere in the text later. Since I am generally involved in "Command and Conquer", abbreviated to "C&C", I notice this bug all the time.

-The "Credits" field in the "Addons" downloads gets cleared when opening the editing view. Really annoying to have to copy that in again every time.
