Hi, So I've been having some annoying FPS issues with Brutal Doom... My rig: Intel Core i3 - - - As you can see... my rig isn't too bad. Overall the game works fine at 1920x1080 resolution, however the explosions, the fire, the smoke effects really lower down my FPS. Is there any way I can reduce the intensity of these effects? Or disable them so I can keep the fire and explosions from the vanilla Doom? I really don't want to have to result to lowering my resolution to 640x800... I just want to play Brutal Doom so I can enjoy the new guns and the gore... all these explosions, fire and smoke effects are making my game lag. Also, I always have FPS issues with these guns: What do you suggest I do? Please help me! |

Disable all filtering effects you might have turned on. Anisotropic Filter, Anti-Aliasing, HD filters, etc. |
